Complete the knowledge portion of the course online at your own pace, then attend a one-day in-person session to develop and demonstrate your practical first aid and CPR skills. This WSIB-approved course meets Ontario workplace requirements and covers emergency scene management, CPR, AED use, choking, bleeding, medical emergencies, injuries, and other essential first aid skills. Successful participants receive a 3-year WSIB-approved Intermediate First Aid certification.
